Ace, in affiliation with CHA*, can now provide these services NYSERDA's latest incentive program is its FlexTech Benchmarking Pilot Program, which provides benchmarking and on site operational assessments designed to enable building owners, managers and facility operators to better manage and reduce facility energy consumption through improved operations as well as low cost/no cost measures.
Notably, this incentive program will benefit building owners in New York City seeking to ensure they are in compliance with Local Law 84. To date, Ace has conducted well over 100 FlexTech-funded peak load curtailment plan assessments for its clients.
